Previous Experience and Education: Stefania has spent her career building and developing high-growth teams and people at industry-defining tech companies, including Uber and BuzzFeed. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo and two certifications from Harvard Business School Executive Education program in Executive Education and Strategy & Leadership.
