Our concierge matching process allows us to meet clients where they are, quickly understand their unique needs and goals, and pair them with the best coach to support their growth. We help leaders become the best version of themselves so they can lead and scale their teams and companies to new heights.

First, we perform a 360 Leadership Assessment (interviews and online survey) to determine each leader’s unsung strengths and blindspots. Then from the data, we design a bespoke Leadership Development Plan and use it as a roadmap for each executive’s growth. We repeat this assessment regularly to track and measure progress.

We arrange two monthly executive coaching sessions to actively pursue the goals and objectives outlined in the Leadership Development Plan while addressing the leader's most pressing needs first.

Finally, each executive will have access to 24/7 communication with their coach between sessions. Most coaching needs arise outside of scheduled sessions, so our coaches are available to support through text, email, and brief calls whenever necessary.

As a supplemental resource, all 1:1 coaching executives have access to our Velocity Coaching Playbook. This is a collection of our best advice, frameworks, and provocative questions compiled over the last 10 years in the trenches of coaching many of the top founders in the industry. These actionable “plays” help Founders think through many of the common scenarios they will face from Seed through IPO, such as board management, healthy conflict, go-to-market, etc.
