  • Post-Revenue - Having $5m+ ARR lets us know you’re serious about building a sustainable business.

  • Building a Team - We ask that you have 10+ Employees so we know you are dealing with scaling challenges, not product-market fit challenges. 

  • Post Product-Market Fit - Again, we want to make sure you are in company-building mode, not Lean Startup mode.

Matching Based on Stage

Our coaches are masters in their field—experienced former operators who’ve walked the path. Each brings agility to support your unique journey, blending strategic insight with empathy for the distinct needs of every leader and their business. Simply put, we meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to go.

Monthly Circle Meeting

Each circle meets virtually for one coach-facilitated 90-minute group session per month. The curriculum and topics are tailored to each circle and arise directly from the immediate needs of the cohort. Founders are encouraged to actively participate by sharing their experiences and holding one another accountable to support lasting change. 

Online Community Platform

All participants have 24/7 access to our online founder community, which includes a dedicated space for clients to interact with their cohort peers and coach via direct messages, posts, and videos. Clients can also browse and share timely articles and coaching resources from our comprehensive resource library.

Community Events

Special invite to our bi-monthly community mindfulness events and monthly live recordings of our CEO Series podcast where you'll be able to ask top CEOs in the industry questions about culture, operations, leadership, and more.

Optional 1:1 Coaching

For maximum impact, we recommend adding one monthly 1:1 coaching session for additional accountability from your coach. Coupled with the group session, this add-on creates space for deeper integration, development, and tailored assistance.

Optional 360 Leadership Assessment

Upgrade your membership with an optional 360 Leadership Assessment designed to source valuable insights about your unsung strengths and blindspots. Choose between an online-only survey or a more comprehensive assessment that includes the survey as well as in-depth interviews. Upon completion, you’ll have a 60-90 minute one-on-one debrief session with your coach to review the results and discuss next steps.
