Uplevel Your High-Potential Managers
Velocity’s Leadership Essentials program is designed to elevate high-potential leaders at any career stage by helping them improve their management skills, surpass their growth objectives, and advance in their careers. This program consists of six 90-minute workshops spread over three months with 12-16 participants per session. Each workshop highlights a key concept, breaks it down into practical frameworks, and provides a supportive environment to practice the new skills in real time.

Our Leadership Essentials program is designed to be highly interactive, with only 16 high-potential leaders permitted per group. The virtual nature of this program allows managers all over the globe to come together and uplevel their skills in a community setting.

The program consists of six 90-minute modules over three months, each facilitated by the same experienced trainer to build trust and rapport. In each 90-minute workshop, participants are exposed to different topics that expand their leadership capacity in a fun, fast-paced environment meant to result in lasting change.

Studies have found that most people forget 90% of what they learn in one-off trainings within one week. That’s why at the end of every session, we ask participants to pair up with an accountability partner and commit to putting at least one key learning from the workshop into practice in the coming weeks.
