Velocity’s Leadership Essentials program is designed to elevate high-potential leaders at any career stage by helping them improve their management skills, surpass their growth objectives, and advance in their careers. This program consists of six 90-minute workshops spread over three months with 12-16 participants per session. Each workshop highlights a key concept, breaks it down into practical frameworks, and provides a supportive environment to practice the new skills in real time.

Uplevel Your Managers

Highly-Interactive Small Groups

Our Leadership Essentials program is designed to be highly interactive, with only 16 high-potential leaders permitted per group. The virtual nature of this program allows managers all over the globe to come together and uplevel their skills in a community setting.

6x 90-Minute Workshops

The program consists of six 90-minute modules over three months, each facilitated by the same experienced trainer to build trust and rapport. In each 90-minute workshop, participants are exposed to different topics that expand their leadership capacity in a fun, fast-paced environment meant to result in lasting change.

Putting Learnings into Practice

Studies have found that most people forget 90% of what they learn in one-off trainings within one week. That’s why at the end of every session, we ask participants to pair up with an accountability partner and commit to putting at least one key learning from the workshop into practice in the coming weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Leadership Essentials is a 6-week program with set modules designed for high-potential managers, while executive team coaching is group coaching for leaders that are already on executives and want to become more aligned within their leadership teams.

  • The pricing of $25,000 is the same for 8, 12, or 16 participants as the cost is for the entire course, not per person. However, we can offer a compressed version of the program with 3 or 4 sessions. That would be prorated based on the number of sessions you would like to have. For groups larger than 16, we recommend booking two separate cohorts.

  • You can ask to have these sessions recorded, but we highly recommend that each individual in the program prioritizes being present for the live session. Some of the training is interactive and practice-based, so it is important to attend live to get the most out of the experience.

  • This program is for high-potential leaders at any career stage that are looking to improve their management skills, surpass their growth objectives, and advance in their careers.
