360 Leadership Assessment

First, we perform a 360 Leadership Assessment (interviews and online survey) to determine each leader’s unsung strengths and blindspots. Then from the data, we design a bespoke Leadership Development Plan and use it as a roadmap for each executive’s growth. We repeat this assessment regularly to track and measure progress.

Coaching Sessions

We arrange two monthly executive coaching sessions to actively pursue the goals and objectives outlined in the Leadership Development Plan while addressing the leader's most pressing needs first.

24/7 Support

Finally, each executive will have access to 24/7 communication with their coach between sessions. Most coaching needs arise outside of scheduled sessions, so our coaches are available to support through text, email, and brief calls whenever necessary.

  • Executive coaching is a type of professional development coaching that helps executives uplevel their leadership skills in a way that supports their personal growth while also driving better business outcomes for the entire organization.

  • Executive coaching is for individuals in leadership roles that are looking to grow personally and professionally, with the intention of scaling their business in a sustainable way. 

    Executive coaching is not for individuals who are unwilling to engage in the work, self-reflection and feedback to improve their leadership skills. It’s not for someone who is looking specifically for therapy or a temporary quick-fix.

  • The ideal coach varies for each person, but we generally suggest finding someone who challenges you to grow, makes you feel comfortable, and has experience in the path you aspire to follow.

  • We tell our prospective clients to listen more to their gut and less to their brain when choosing a coach. It’s easy to overanalyze the decision making process and focus too much on a coach’s pedigree. The real question is “Who will you trust to take you on this journey?”

  • We do offer group rates for organizations seeking to provide coaching for multiple members of the team. Please inquire with a team member directly for details.

  • All of our contracts are month to month, so you know we are earning the business every time we speak. That said, we strongly recommend investing in at least 6 months of coaching to experience the benefits.

  • Our clients can text, call or email their coach in between sessions at any time to discuss any issues that arise in the moment. We guarantee a 24-hour response time to all communications between scheduled sessions, but it’s often under an hour.
