We will get to know your leaders and match them with the most appropriate coach(es) to support their group and individual needs through various resources and guidance along each step of the coaching journey. Group Coaching

Every team convenes for one coach-facilitated 90-minute group session per month. During these sessions, participants are coached to identify essential challenges, to align around more efficient ways of working, and to cultivate an optimal group dynamic.

1:1 Coaching Sessions (Optional)

We can also arrange monthly 1:1 coaching sessions for leaders who seek more support outside of team coaching. This allows individual team members to build self-awareness and cultivate skills necessary to contribute more constructively to the team dynamic. This is best paired with an Executive 360 Blindspot Analysis.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Teams that utilize our team coaching programs come in all shapes and sizes. Some are newly-formed start-up teams. Others are seasoned enterprise level executives. But generally they are interested in addressing one or more of the following topics: 

    • Learning how to make higher quality decisions together
    • Disagreeing openly and constructively
    • Running more productive meetings
    • Holding each other accountable
    • Learning about each other’s strengths and weaknesses
    • Adapting to each other’s working styles
  • Generally, group coaching is most effective up to ~12 people. Less is fine, but more can make it difficult to keep everyone engaged and involved.

  • Every group coaching engagement is different because the content of the meetings is determined by the attendees themselves. But generally, these sessions involve everything from doing the real work of running the business together with the coach providing input on process to doing story-telling exercises to build trust and encourage more healthy debate.

  • This depends on the needs of the team, but we recommend a minimum of 6 months to get the full benefit of the engagement.

  • Yes, the 360 results are kept confidential, no one in your cohort will have access to this information. Only our internal team will see the data when they put together the report. Your coach may ask to share high-level topics that impact the whole group, but these would be used confidentially and in aggregate.
