Lauren has over ten years of combined experience as an executive coach, operator in VC, and therapist. She helps founders learn to take better care of themselves and develop new skills to lead and scale their teams.

Previous Experience and Education: Her broad experience in clinical therapy and venture capital positions her uniquely to support founders, executives, and co-founder teams. Lauren has a Bachelor’s from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University.
