Jim is a straight-talking coach who uses positive psychology and advanced acceptance techniques to help his clients build resilience, embrace challenges, and achieve ambitious goals.

Previous Experience: Prior to coaching, Jim spent over 20 years working in communications and in politics. He was a Partner at The Pramana Collective, Vice President, Global Communications at Jawbone, a leading technology company, Vice President, Public Affairs, for Starbucks in EMEA, and served as Director of Corporate Affairs at ITV. Prior to this Jim spent 10 years in UK politics, including 5 years as a Special Adviser in the Blair Labour Government.
