Erika is a Latinx-identifying, certified coach and facilitator who partners with leaders and their teams to achieve their full potential and results by cultivating emotional intelligence and resilience.

Previous Experience and Education: Erika's work is informed by her diverse education at Columbia Business School (executive coaching), the Nalanda Institute (masters program blending contemplative eastern wisdom with western psychotherapy and neuroscience), NYU (masters program in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership), and the Harvard Negotiation Project.
